Badger Knots

Sweet Spot Xtra Dense: The Sweet Spot Knots are my signature knots, built to my specifications. This version is a premium, high-density knot that brings a massive wall of backbone. It holds heat exceptionally well and yields luxurious, gel-like tips when wet. Due to the extra dense nature of the knot, it tends to hold onto lather if not fully loaded.

Silvertip: The traditional standard for luxury. Known for incredibly soft, pillowy tips and a moderate-to-low backbone, it splays effortlessly and holds a tremendous amount of water.

2-Band Badger Bulb: A true workhorse badger knot. The 2-band hair provides a noticeably firmer backbone than the silvertip, while still offering excellent flow-through.

Synthetic Knots

Adobe: Featuring gray fibers with super soft white tips, this knot stands its ground with a medium-high level of backbone. Built with thicker fiber shafts, it's less eager to splay, making it an excellent choice for those who prefer a sturdier, resilient lathering experience without sacrificing comfort on the face.

Boss: Characterized by all-black fibers, this one has some serious backbone. It's built for scrubbing and loading hard soaps without breaking a sweat, all while keeping the tips comfortable on the face.

Bullseye: A distinct, dark brown and reddish synthetic horsehair knot. While I can't officially confirm or deny if these fibers were sourced from Bullseye himself, it delivers a reliable, middle-of-the-road backbone.

Cashmere: Beige, ultra-thin fibers make this one of the softest options available. With low backbone, it splays with zero effort, offering a gentle, cloud-like lather.

Panda: This knot sits right in the synthetic sweet spot. It backs off the stiff rigidity of a standard Tuxedo, allowing for a more natural splay while delivering exceptionally soft tips.

Plissoft: The gold standard for balanced performance. With its classic brown and cream look, it offers incredibly soft tips and plenty of backbone to hold its shape without feeling floppy in the saddle.

Timberwolf: With gorgeous grey and black fibers, this is a true middle-ground knot. It steps up the backbone slightly from a Cashmere but stays noticeably softer and easier to splay than a Tuxedo.

Tuxedo: Black fibers with crisp white tips. A rugged pioneer in the strong-backbone synthetic movement, it offers excellent scrubbing power and resilience paired with remarkably soft tips.
