If you already have your own knot, you can buy just the handle.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you would like the knot set with silicone sealant (temporary) rather than two part epoxy (permanent), or sent without being set, please leave a note for me at checkout and I will be happy to accommodate you.  I sometimes start setting knots minutes after you place your order to achieve the fastest shipping possible, so if it is not in the checkout notes I may not be able to accommodate your request if it is made even a short while after your order is placed. By default, I set knots using two part epoxy (permanent), which is considered permanent. Using silicone sealant gives the option of pulling the knot from the handle if so desired, although sometimes it can be difficult to do so.
